FAQ

Registration Fee

To be able to attend the events, participants must register and have their registration fee paid. The registration fee includes:
– Contribution to IASF
– Race entry fee
– Sunday opening party
– Wednesday Night Dinner
– Thursday Night Awards Ceremony
– Drink tickets for the event

Lift Passes

Lift Passes can be purchased during registration on the website. If you miss this step, you can still book directly here

Optional Dinners

There will be no official dinner events on March 10th and March 11th. However, the hotel will host dinners on these evenings.
For team dinners, you may also contact CTSNV_Restaurants@hilton.com for offline bookings.

Payment

After completing your registration for fees, accommodation, and meals, our team will contact you via your registered email or phone number for payment. Please note that split payments are not accepted. We will collect one payment per registration.

Transportation

Please note the hotel does not offer a shuttle service from the airport. However, there are shuttle services that stop directly at the hotel. You can find more information here and here

Onsen Usage

Please follow these rules to keep the onsen relaxing and enjoyable for everyone:
– No photos or videos. No selfies.
– No swimwear, underwear, or bath towels in the onsen.
– Bundle long hair and wash your body before soaking. No towels in the water.
– No food or drinks.
– No swimming.
– Enjoy quietly as to not disturb other guests.

Cancellation Policy and Booking Deadlines for Accommodations and Lift Pass

Payment Deadline: January 23, 2025
50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made by February 7, 2025
100% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made by February 16, 2025
No cancellations are accepted after February 16, 2025.
